Hey there! I’m Sam

I am your go-to guide for all things breathwork, ice baths & my favorite exercise, the deadlift. With a Nutritionist Certification from the International Sports Science Association under my belt, I love combining wholesome eating with invigorating practices. I enjoy showing people how to move well through strength & Kettelbell training which is suitable for beginners all the way up to experienced gym goers.

My adventure in fitness began with a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Personal Training and a Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, both of which fueled my passion for helping others explore the fusion of mind & body. Having travelled all over the Austraila, I am happy to call Melbourne Bentleigh/Bayside area home.
